Immediately After Surgery: Your breasts will be supported in a surgical bra or compression garment to help reduce swelling and support the new shape. Pain medication will be prescribed to manage discomfort.
First Week: Most patients take about one week off work and social activities. During this time, you should rest as much as possible while your breasts heal.
